My request is to be refunded for one policy of two since we had double coverage for our trip to the Arctic on July 13. 2026. We live in the same house and we always travel together. That requires only one policy. Thank you for your assistance and the eventual refund of $1050.00!

Everything in the app. I hope I do not need to use but it gives me peace of mind in travel. Thank you for having an app to simplify process.

They did add my email address as primary but still did not give me access. I can look up details on the website with no account. It seems like it should operate the same. I will be deleting the app.
