However in the last couple months the app has become laggy and freezes during a fund transfer. The only way to fix it is to crash the app and start over. I figured this would be fixed but it’s been almost 2 months and it has not. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still it keeps crashing/freez

Seriously considering going to a bank or a credit union with a better app. I have patience but this app honestly doesn’t work more than half the time. You can have 5 bars or full WiFi and still loads forever and won’t even open just green screen. T
22. [R3] 3/5 · US Usually a great app: For the last 3 days, the “transfers” portion of the app has been broken. The page won’t load, leaving me unable to move money between accounts, which is the main reason I have the app. Please fix.

I would give the app a 5 star but the check cashing feature stopped working for me. Overall, Veridian Credit Union is my favorite banking service I have ever used though.
29. [R181] 1/5 · US Deposits don’t go through: I deposited two checks on different occasions. Both never went through. I had to go to the credit union to deposit it the regular way. It was a waste of my time using the app because I received an over draft fee and negative balance. What a great way to disappoint your customers with an app that doesn’t deliver.

I understand it’s a security thing, also I think the app should have an option to remove external accounts. I would like to remove the accounts from the app if they aren’t going to work properly with the app.

Card hub has never worked, balances are unable to be shown several days out of the week, and overall there are just a ton of glitches.

The app is still not working even after updating it and deleting and reinstalling. This is the only way I access my account, lease fix the functionality because I don’t want to have to access my browser just to pay a bill.
