I have gotten at least 5 other people to start with invoice2go and we all swear by it. It pays for itself. Intuitive, customizable, powerful. This thing is indispensable.

13. [R2] 1/5 · US Closed my account with explanation: Getting any information from them in regards to Payments will be impossible. They had me wait for 2 days stating my payment will be available then without notice they closed my account with no specific reason. The worst invoice company ever!

This kind of confuse me and I had to contact customer support. They said they were gonna send me emails and never did so this app is garbage they lie to you. After the deal was made I got an email of a “random audit” on my account. Despite responding to audit correctly they deactivated my account and all pending funds were refunded. They do not have good customer service either and you cannot get a hold of them. One transaction was $375 and another transaction was $3500 gone. While the platform itself has been helpful, we have encountered a major issue with payment processing limits. Our business regularly invoices approximately $15,000 per generator installation, yet our monthly payout limit remains capped at $50,000. This

Customer support is only through email and takes far too long to get a response. I have almost a million dollars in transactions and will be looking elsewhere for a new provider.

I’m on day 6 of waiting for a response. I opened up an account, sent an invoice, customer received invoice and submitted payment & then a few hours later, I get an email stating they cancelled my account and any pending payme

22. [R29] 1/5 · US They got greedy.: I used this service since 2016 and will never recommend them after the way they treated loyal customers. They just kept going up on their prices and lowering features for forced you to open a bank account with some random bank. Anything else is better than this

I only write six invoices per year, sometimes a little bit more but usually not more than 15. But I’m charged $239 per year or something like I’m looking for something different or maybe just a different plan. Let me know.

While I am not totally dissatisfied with it I am having a hard time reconciling the 12.5% increase in my subscription this year. This is not the first price increase either and I may be looking for a new invoicing app before it renews next month. And these guys have the nerve to solicit a 5 Star review.

The other two plans they limit the invoices to 2 per month or 5 per month. For someone who does lawn maintenance or pesticide apps in multiple clients. This app is not worth it. The $40 plan should be for big companies and not force it on small ones
