[R3] 1/5 · US horrible especially for students: students ranging from 10 to 18 have to take the public bus to school where we live. we used to have a perfectly good app before they made us switch to transit. now each student has to pay $25 just to see where they are going. this is not fair and the app itself is very confusing. Just another money hungry app that has no interest in helping the community.

Walking directions frequently direct you through completely unwalkable areas (think telling you to cross 2 6-8ft fences with a 10ft ditch between them). I will miss the bus if I go according to this app, it’s so inaccurate that when I called the bus line to complain that I have been here since 10 minutes before they said, never mind with the app states. It’s just a guesstimate of your wait time, but it’s always hit or miss.
