The one irritating thing is that it saves the last location you ordered from and even when you are 30+ miles from that location it assumes you want to order from that store. I ended up driving 25min to the nearest Taco Bell just because that’s too good of a deal to pass up! The Taco Bell app seems good. Pretty standard though there were some really great deals that were online exclusives.

You could be in a Taco Bell parking lot and the app will select a different Taco Bell across the city from you. Then staff members are rude when they don’t have your order. This app is the biggest waste of time and money.

As I don’t have email on my phone and if I’m ordering on my phone, I am not at my computer. So deleted the app as it’ll never be useful for me. You’d think there’d be FaceID to retain login info or a Guest option.

26. [R41] 1/5 · US Rewards suck now: When you used to get hot tier Rewards, they were great. You could get a cheesy gordita crunch or a Chalupa or things of value. Now it's cheesy fiesta potatoes or a soft taco or a hard taco. They've taken it from items that were actually really good down to items that suck.
