The customer support has very fast response time

It doesn’t matter how nice you are or how uplifting and positive you are about anything. They should just name this app the restriction app because that’s all they do to. A stock I’ve been in for 3 years ran 60% today. 10x the average volume. Thousands of posts, 99% bullish, and the sentiment meter reads ‘extremely bearish’. The idea is great, give users a snapshot of sentiment on a stock on any given day. But how on earth can you mess it up

Every time I choose to load one stock to either see the chart or messages it does not load (forever loading sign appears), I literally have to go to yahoo finance to resolve the problem. Please optimise your servers

Especially from Equity so called “Hot Shots” and Information that I get on a professional basis anyways. Because I’m prudent and Cheap, but I’d pay for StockTwits. Luckily They Don’t Charge. It’s FREE!

My wife and I both use the app, and we both have a lot of fun tracking trade ideas and sharing ideas, learning from others, etc.
