1. [R11] 1/5 · US Don’t subscribe!!!: Don’t use this app. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription. Every other subscription service through iTunes is super easy to cancel a subscription, but not on ZINIO. Ridiculous! The ZINIO subscription doesn’t even show under my iTunes account even though the billing is through iTunes. Save yourself a nightmare and don’t use this app for magazines.

The latest issue is clearly displayed in the store, so why am I getting an old issue instead? There is no place to review subscriptions in the app, and no way to download the latest issue. Why is this happening? Poor app. I need resolution to this.

It is difficult to find the X to close this window so you can finally get to the magazine.

Here I can purchase and keep in touch with what is going on in my countries culturally, fashion and gastronomic. Danish, English, Spanish even German magazines. I can find favorite recipes, gossip magazines and fashion styles. I love ZINIO..please get more magaz

It appears to be a problem with access to the Internet. The whole point of having a digital magazine app is to be able to look at the magazines on an airplane or while traveling and you don’t necessarily have an Internet connection. This needs to be improved.

[R101] 3/5 · US Great app to read my magazines but bugs with downloaded ones: The last time I traveled internationally, I downloaded my magazines beforehand so I should not rely on any spotty internet connection to read them but I discovered that I could not open already downloaded unread magazines while onboard with zero wifi. Bummer!

I have to wait until my subscription expires until I can renew it. 2. I am not allowed to subscribe multiple years at one time. 3. my preferred magazines don't come up at the front. 4. And there is no way to hide magazine suggestions that are offensive to me.
