I am not a fan of the recent changes to how points are displayed - it used to be so easy to know that 100 points = $1 and understand that 5x points per dollar on Gap purchases is essentially 5% return on points. Of course they said nothing was wrong clears your cache. Well turned phone off and on, deleted APP, added APP back to no avail. Then they finally did APP update and pics were there. Now back to square one.

I call immediately because the app says to contact within 15 minutes to make changes. The change? Cancel the order and reorder. Not worth it and not what the app said would happen.
