There is no way to filter this regarding notification settings. If everything is urgent, nothing is urgent. I believe Dwight D Eisenhower said “What is important is seldom urgent and what is urgent is seldom important.”
25. [R37] 2/5 · US Misleading notifications settings: Every Saturday morning, you guys seem to push sone story about someone having a mysterious medical ailment. All I have enabled is breaking news notifications. This is NOT breaking news. It’s health news, which I have disabled. Do better!

My only complaint is that they have been running the same program advertising incessantly over and over again even though it is clearly outdated. It’s got to the point where it’s annoying and often I will exit the app and look for something else to watch.
