Airports, flight numbers, airline operators, and technical data to include waypoints along the flight route are interesting but also beneficial to everyone involved in the flight chain. It’s hard to get to the page where it lets you key in the airline and then the flight number at the top of the screen I don’t know what you changed but it’s not easy to maneuver on your website

Every other app I have ever used values its current customer base by grandfathering them into their original rate. With those companies, you only pay the new, higher price if you cancel your subscription and choose to rejoin at a later date

35. [R127] 1/5 · US The only thing I needed…: Was an alert if my friend’s flight to Doha was cancelled. It did not alert me when it was cancelled. Uninstalled.

This might happen when an international flight is known under different codes. FlightAware will find a flight with either code, but alerts won’t work with both codes. Unfortunately, this makes the app much less useful and I can’t rely on it.

If I’m searching for a particular nonstop route that doesn’t exist, I’d usually rather see 0 results than 20 ways I could get there with a stop. This can be particularly frustrating when a route has one nonstop flight per day scheduled, but you have to scroll through a bunch of other layovers to track it.
