19. [R6] 1/5 · US Really?: Removing the Russian ruble made this app useless for me. Millions of Russians live abroad and still need to convert rubles because our families are still in Russia. The currency still exists, so removing it for political reasons only hurts your users. Very disappointing.

A 'world currency converter' that doesn't support all major currencies is useless. What's next, will they silently delete the Israeli Shekel tomorrow? I don't trust this app anymore. There are plenty of better alternatives out there. Uninstalling.

They don’t express their rules but they hold your money for a couple weeks and say ACH held the money and the money cannot be returned until 10 days. No way you can talk to them li

They also cancelled a money transfer that was in progress, and will eventually return the money they accepted for a transfer they cancelled. Funny how they got the money for the transfer within ten seconds but they say they need up to a week to return that money. Sounds illegal to me. Updated. I tried to appeal

I had to go to my laptop and use the website but I have been using Xe on my phone for almost 2 years until his problem came up, so I wish you would get it fixed because it’s a pain.
