The team ignores emails and when they do respond they supply 0 info. I wish they cared because I really loved this app so much and it gave me motivation to draw, and digital art is the only way I can.

For the last week, my widget has been stuck showing a drawing from my friend and despite them drawing more things, the widget still displays the same old drawing. 33. [R42] 1/5 · CA Deleted everything when I accidentally signed out: I accidentally signed out of my account on Noteit, and when I managed to sign back it, Noteit had deleted everything. It had gotten rid of the accounts I was friends with, the drawings I had with said friends from previous streaks and a new drawing I had sent to one of them. To say I’m unhappy or annoyed is understatement.

[R76] 1/5 · CA very buggy: i do not have the paint bucket tool that is shown in the photos, and my app crashes very frequently. additionally, i updated while a drawing was in progress to hopefully stop my app from crashing and a new bar at the bottom for ads appeared, changing the size of my canvas and cutting of part of the image i had drawn. good concept for an app but almost too buggy to use sometimes.

Only issue is that we use it a few timer per week to send each other notes, it would be nice to see her note without a filter over it saying “STREAK BROKE”. We do not care about our streak, please allow us to turn this off in settings. I’ll change my review to a 5 then. Update: they fixed the issue. Goo
