But I consistently can’t access the data, the app frequently gets stuck on a loading screen! Please fix this issue. This app is so helpful for me when it’s working!

My questions about the the recent disappearance of the pollen count have not been answered. But at least it is working again and was only off for about a week.

Hence the poor rating. If you want a free allergy app, I’d look else where; maybe the paid version is ok, haven’t tried that.

This looks like a scam advertisement or malicious popup and seriously hurts trust in the app. Please review your ad providers and fix this immediately.

This widget is the main reason to use the app in my user scenario as I can always google a forecast, so these server problems make it useless.
