My question is when will there be a new hotel and or can you add more levels to all the hotels like the first two? I have enjoyed playing this game, just need something new to look forward to. I even upgraded them as high as they can go. Is that part of the game? If so, it’s impossible to win this way on level that relies on putting people in color coordinated rooms. I am on the level with the laundry and it has some sort of bug which will never let me give the customers their laundry causing me not to win the level because I need to have 😍 to win. Please fix the glitch so I can continue playing!

When this happens diamonds that you use are wasted and not placed back in your account when the app refreshes. The developers are not accommodating to this issue. Now you need diamonds and money for upgrades like the gumball machine. When I played years ago, you only had to use your coins you made on levels for upgrades like that. Don’t market a game as free to play if you need to purchase upgrades in order to pass levels,
