Biggest complaint is it always defaults to the map of the resort which is NOT the trail map. Can’t think of a reason why this would be except Alterra wanting everyone to know where to buy expensive F&B. Would really like to see this change to default to trail map.

Now I just stick to Slopes for tracking my skiing and let it connect back to IKON to record my stats for the local stuff and home bragging rights.

Ikon is only useful for monitoring which lifts are open. The lift wait times are basically useless as well.

I thought that it was because I added one destination that it removed all the others and you had to select all at once (which I thought was a poor user experience), but I was wrong, the favorites just don’t save. Also the chat bot for the app is extremely weak.
