It can take days to reach someone and even then they don’t try to solve the issue. I would not recommend using this service. I am going to have to close my anoint due to the lack of customer support or answers to my questions on why this is happening.

After using the app for a year, it disconnected my debit card and am in a perpetual loop of it not connecting. Customer service is difficult to reach and unhelpful when you do. Nearly entirely automated process that is unreliable. Really disappointing honestly.
