- [R2] Most amazing way to stay organized: I love the ability to stay organized and on top of what I need to do.
Fabio Stilben
- [R23] Perfectly functional: I like the minimalist approach: fully functional with all of the features that I need and no more, available online and offline, and it is easy to reorder the tasks.
- [R32] Efficient To-Do App: Great app for your to-do lists. One good advantage offered is the availability of syncing through all your devices using your Google account with Chrome. One option I’d like to be added would be the availability of customization for the order of your lists. The app’s easily worth the purchase overall, such as most from Google in my opinion.
- [R65] Fantastic to stay organised and super easy to use: Love the the super easy to set up lists. They work with my google calendar putting reminders in for me. So easy to stay organised now.
- [R66] Great app: This app is seamless with my calendar which is really useful
- [R20] Tasks!: I feel more organized and have a sense of accomplishment when I can check off when a chore is complete! Pam Jack
- [R22] I love it!!: I am the type of person that has always needed to write out a daily list to reach my peak productivity. Tasks provides me a well designed tool which I have access to everywhere I take my phone, which is pretty much everywhere. I can mark off tasks from my list as I perform them or at the end of the day when I review my list. There are too many aspects of Tasks that I like, to lis
- [R63] Easy: Task makes my life easier now I don’t forget things.
- [R3] Simple… slightly too simple for me: This is almost exactly what I was looking for in a task app! I’m happy I can categorize the tasks and set due dates and times. I wish there was a “today” tab that listed all the tasks that were due on the current day. I also thought there would be the option to have subtasks, but maybe this is available online but not through the phone app? Having subtasks would
- [R25] It’s really good!: I love the fact that I can add even more detail to my tasks AND put a due date for it. It’s so helpful and I never forget what I have to do because I can use a widget!
- [R75] Excellent task function: Easy to use with some great features including sliding tasks to a group as sub tasks. Recommended.
- [R33] Please let tasks with Subtasks be repeatable :(: Other than that, great app. Love that I can use this across different OSs.
- [R73] So easy to use …: and works on all my devices. Love the repeating task option.
- [R82] TB: Love this. So easy to use across multiple platforms
- [R1] Needs to be shareable: I am trying to find an alternative to Microsoft “To Do” but need a list app I can share with multiple team members. Our team needs one central list of tasks with the ability to Assign tasks to different people and be updated in real time when tasks are completed or added. Please help. TO DO is just driving us all bonkers because it’s constantly closing while trying to use i
- [R41] Sharing permission: It should be better if we can invite another family member to edit the task together
- [R74] Simple, easy to use.: Need to be able to assign tasks to others or share a task list.
- [R76] Very good, but I miss Wunderlist: This is a great app, great functionality, but it is annoying that lists can’t be shared. This functionality was in Wunderlist until Microsoft bought it and it just wasn’t the same. Sharing lists is fundamental to any list/task/to do based application. Our family share lists for a variety of reasons, Shopping, Travel packing etc. My search for an Application t
- [R8] No notifications: I was hoping to get an app that has notifications and will remind me of my task when they are planned on my calendar at specific hour, but unfortunately it’s not ringing unless the app is opened. It truly sucks.
- [R94] Inconsistent in reminding, it's a dud: I set reminders for repeating tasks at set times, and for one time only tasks on my iPhone. Sometimes a reminder will display on the lock screen, but most times it doesn't. If you need reminders to display on your IPhone this is NOT the app for that. My previous phone was a Google phone and GT Tasks worked fine on it.
- [R86] Notifications: It seems the I can't get the notifications to work
- [R51] Why don’t badges work on IOS: Could be great. But badges don’t work on IOS. Seems simple to fix.
- [R48] Simplistic to a fault: Literally. There aren’t even basic options, like reordering your lists manually. (Not tasks in lists - the lists themselves.) It’s useful for very basic task tracking, but falls apart quickly beyond that. I’ve moved most of my lists to something with more flexibility.
- [R54] Need a feature.: Hey Google Team, 1st of all, Thank you for the app, it’s amazing in what i wanted. Kudos for the team effort. Can I ask for a feature. I want to have my task tabs (list titles) to be able to order as well. As Since I create a new group list (title/tab), it goes to the end of the list, while i want it somewhere in middle or reorganize my lists. For example: First I have :
- [R95] Good but needs some mods: Hi - do you think you can add priorities to the tasks. Low, Med and High. Also can you improve functionality so you can select which list the task is added to when you create a task. Other than that it’s excellent and long overdue. Well done
- [R7] May 8, 2024: Really wish the app supports indentation!
- [R37] Wish the subtasks were available after: I love everything about this app except the subtasks don’t have the option to be “completed” and then put back into the same category. When you check them to bring back into the list they are free and not tied to the original task.
- [R84] Good but needs some tweaking: I really enjoy this app, very simple and works well with my google calendar. My main frustration is sub tasks not being indented and looking exactly like everything else on my list. Additionally I enjoy the repetition feature but I would like for both instances of a task to show up if one is already overdue at the moment it will only show one copy of the task at a tim
- [R18] Crashes: Your update just crashed the app… please fix I use this everyday.
- [R39] Works, but S-L-O-W to Sync: Works, but S-L-O-W to Sync. And just generally a sluggish app, even on my iPad pro.
- [R19] Would give 5 stars….but please make the app icon badge work!: Every other program out there tells you how many outstanding tasks you have by glancing at your phones Home Screen, but this app for some reason won’t display a badge on the icon. Other than that I love the simplicity of having email, calendar, tasks and notes all work easily together.
- [R28] Only if it has location based reminders!: Only if it has location based reminders! I think it would be the best to do app of all times
- [R40] Fun but Outdated: Simple and fun but need updates for new features like widgets for Lock Screen, Time controlled notification, Auto read from email and smart task management.
- [R43] Please….: Widgets and Watch Complications!!!!
- [R6] Worst To Do list I ever used!: And I am saying that only because I use it more than 10 times a day and I really need a really good to do list and coming from Google this app is just a crying shame!
- [R62] connect email: The best thing is this connect with the email ,make live so much easier
- [R30] I want to be able to assign the tasks to other people from this app: L
- [R31] Saving tasks: That’d be nice to be able to save tasks and being able to share them
- [R5] Foot Doctor: I like a app that can tell me or signal me when it is my task to start
- [R26] Sorting: I love this app but it doesn’t let you sort alphabetically. For lists like groceries I want to be able to check things off or uncheck them and for it to all be in alphabetical order. It’s annoying having to sift through the things that are checked off to see if an item is already there or not. If it were in alphabetical order I could go check easily. Having a numerical sorting feature wou
- [R59] Good app and very user friendly: Great app I jumped onto the app when a friend recommended it for work. It’s simple and effective and is great for anything from groceries to work stuff. My only strife is that you can re-arrange the order of your lists
