Who it's for
This app is for individuals looking for an effective home workout guide, especially those who are beginners or want no-equipment routines R2R4. It's suitable for people who are motivated by seeing quick results and appreciate clear exercise instructions R3R12R21R44. It is NOT for users who are sensitive to in-app purchase prompts or who expect a completely free experience without potential billing complexities R6R8R30.
Evidence note: The recent reviews skew heavily towards subscription and billing issues, despite the lifetime rating being very high. This suggests a recent negative trajectory in user experience related to payments, which is not fully reflected in the overall lifetime score. The developer's notes on 'overall experience improvements' are contradicted by the volume of recent negative reviews regarding billing.

- [R4] amazing app: this app is amazing. without buying premium i can get some amazing workouts and a perfect plan for me, i have enjoyed this app a lot because it is very accessible for people who just want to workout at home with no equipment. i would definitely recommend it to people looking for a good home workout app!
- [R18] Pretty good app but…: Ok first of all it’s great if you want to go on a 28 challenge…BOOM! It’s on. But you should know the bad thing. YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY to do all the good stuff, like when you want to track your steps… you have to pay money. Other than that it’s awesome even if you don’t pay money you can still do the daily workouts like me and there are lots of things that need money to work.
- [R23] The best app I’ve ever had: Even using the free version, I have never been happier. This has shown me workouts I never knew existed and has also encouraged me to start dropping unhealthy habits. Would highly recommend to anyone as the app is super adaptable and adjustable.
- [R25] Excellent: Absolutely love it and it helped me get fit even without the payed version
- [R2] Needs more free options: This is one of the best home workout apps I’ve ever used. It has good foundation and beginner muscle gain training, videos to help you understand how to do the exercises properly and a gear system to check your progress. The only thing this app needs is more free options and workouts.
- [R44] Amazing app!: I love this app, the exercises are fun to do, the instructions are clear and easy, visual representation of what I need to do and feel well enough after the said practice is done! The app however has moderate amount of ads, doesn’t bother me much since I do use the service for free. Thanks !
- [R16] great app: only had this app for a few days and damn it works a sweat, the custom workout plan is perfect and monitors what’s best for you, love it
- [R40] A very effective app/Workout friend: I have used this app for quite some time now. And the level of quality it always gives to me never fails to impress. This app has great workouts(in both premium and normal subscriptions),however, i feel that they could add a PPL workout routine or something. also, they could probably just give the custom workout its own sub section in the dock. so it could hav
- [R43] User Friendly Experience: Super user friendly, and was surprised at how many features are available on the free version. Really happy with the workouts available too, and am looking forward to challenging myself this month with one of the 4 week challenges! Philip - Australia
- [R8] Money was stolen: Chose free trial, charged me 30 dollars more than what you said it would cost and can’t cancel subscription by the new date
- [R30] Charged me despite cancelling: Cancelled my subscription 2 days before the free trial ended and it still charged my $70. Absolutely insane price.
- [R34] scam: took money out of my account without permission
- [R45] Already paid: I am wondering why I have been charged another $49 dollars I was happy to pay the initial cost but there was no explanation that this would be an ongoing subscription and I did check my subscriptions to make sure there wasn’t one, and there wasn’t so I expected that no further charges to take place. Can I please be refunded the $49!
- [R38] Worst fitness app: After subscribing you won’t get the chance to cancel your subscription. You will have to email them and they wont reply to you so please do not download or subscribe to this app.
- [R32] Money: I’m a kid I’m fat I want to get strong at home I was so happy and then 60! DOLLARS A MOUTH I don’t got that money
- [R6] Wast of my time: It took me 10 minutes to get all my information down my high body weight etc etc then it asks me to pay for a plan why wouldn’t it tell you it not free at the start wast of my time
- [R13] Dunno ???: Good just have to pay for it 🥲😅
- [R46] Hi: I like your app but I have to pay so yea
- [R24] This is amazing!: Everyone should use this app, I have gotten so much more fit and healthy. Ps I have gotten much stronger too!
