Other problems are customer service is nonexistent, they rarely get back to in a timely matter if at all. Most of the time you get messages about send them a screenshot of the problem. In the later levels, it gets ruined by a so-called Clear “Bonus”, which gives you a smidgeon of extra energy or whatever and then shoots out far too many marbles to the point where you’re frantic to survive.
