Everyday you get daily journal prompts, a mood check-in, a daily challenge, and you can choose to get an inspirational quote sent to you everyday, and just vent to it with the voice notes. I like the apps ability to alert me to the quotes for reflection on my Apple Watch. The security is so good aswell, it doesn’t allow anyone else to open the app unless they have an alternate Face ID if you choose to have that option of security.
