My only issue is that the app support has been nonexistent. I've emailed app support multiple times with questions and minor issues and haven't received a single response.

[R16] 2/5 · US Poor integration quality: constant desync friction: The app crates a lot of friction due to banks constantly getting desynchronized with useless message “email us” appearing (I tried to email - no response), you have to remove affected banks every month or so and add them back, resetting all tx retagging you have done

Also I’ve reached out several times over the past 2 weeks and have never got a response. Issues ongoing with an account haven’t refreshed in 2 months despite multiple emails.

[R4] 2/5 · US No division: Apparently, if you break up with your significant other, the app has no way to separate you, and they could easily have access to view your bills unless you manually change it for each bill. Even when I asked for assistance, they said it’s not possible to separate that other person from the account.

This does not show a true past budget. Also, the only way to end a bill is to delete it. Once again, that skews historic budgets. If you would make these changes on a future update, I feel like it would be helpful to everyone that uses the app.

I think the software could be a lot more intuitive and do a better job with the bill tracker instead of showing all the bills that I’ve already been marked paid clearing those out-of-the-way so that you can focus on the ones that have yet to be paid.

I’ve emailed them twice with no response. My only remaining option is to delete this app and find something different.

Needs improvement in following areas: ability split a transaction between categories, apply similar transactions to same category feature doesn’t work consistently.
