- [R3] Experian® Needs work: I have been unable to log in for days now because of the suspiciously named error 200-000-000. Closing all other apps didn’t help. Rebooting didn’t help.Even upgrading to the latest version didn’t help. For an expensive app with so much marketing placements, it needs to shine technically, and it doesn’t.
- [R29] Experian® Terrible company: I got locked out my account and it won’t reset my password. They customer service refuses to transfer me to a live agent and the AI keeps saying “ I can only help send a report or sister”. The link to test doesn’t work. It keeps saying LOCKED OUT ABSOLUTELY USELESS
- [R33] Experian® Could not log in: I would not recommend this app if you’re having trouble logging in it’s just a waste of time
- [R18] Experian® User Flow: When attempting to review your boost service, the flow glitched, dropped me, and bumped me out of the flow.
- [R1] Experian® Don’t waste your money!: If you subscribe once in order to cancel you’ll have to pay the $24.99 again right after oh and all the “services” they offer in a subscription your bank offers FOR FREE. LITERALLY A SCAM. The worst app on the planet. OH YEAH and your credit scores will never actually be accurate.
- [R12] Experian® Slow to update: Experian seems to be very quick to update with negative but slow on the positive updates. I can spend a $1000 and Experian sees it immediately but if I pay off $1000 they don’t see that for a month if at all.
- [R26] Experian® Keeps me up to date: Keeps me up to date on my credit score but it doesn’t match my “Experian” score at my bank.
- [R17] Experian® Notifications: Pointless daily notifications with no way to turn them off. Better to silence the whole app. Garbage settings
- [R27] Experian® Too many notifications: I am getting spam daily by experian with upsell and ads and have not found the way to disable those notifications and only keep the important notifications. This is spammy and unacceptable
- [R35] Experian® Nonstop notifications: Every day I still get random and useless notifications even though I have all of them turned off under notification preferences. Goodbye!
- [R9] Experian® Experian Review: Experian is a good product very accurate and assists me to keep up with all my Obligations credit wise . The customer care service is awful outsourced to another country where they don’t understand what you are trying to ask condescending and not helpful. Also Experian doesn’t make it easy to locate a phone number .. Dissatisfied with voice mail and customer support
- [R31] Experian® Predatory!: Experience keeps charging my credit card every single month. I can find no way anywhere to cancel any subscriptions I may have. In fact I have not found any way to communicate or contact Experian at all. I have had to dispute the charges twice now. I will be opening a fraud case with my credit card provider. Beware!
- [R44] Experian® They are charging me and I would like to cancel it's not up to date as well.: Cancel my account and refund my money
- [R4] Experian® After joining I started getting scam emails & texts: I don’t think it’s a coincidence and I think they sell your information and the scammers are going as far as to text me that a friend liked my post on Facebook and that I owe money for stuff and didn’t go through my cashapp etc and my PayPal got locked due to another account trying to be created, etc
- [R39] Experian® Pay credit cards to $0 monthly: Experian dropped score by 36 points for balance pay off.
- [R41] Experian® Here ya go: Have a lot of trouble working for you and totally work for card companies and Banks
- [R13] Experian® Experian currently holding my money for no lawful reason: Experian currency froze my money from my medical job because i used the ATM. They haven't not gave me my paycheck for a week. Bills are due and i followed what they said. This is robbery, i worked for my own pay. Who are they to not release my money. It shies where my money come from. Hire can the control my funds. If i knew this i would've

- [R15] Experian® The App is horrible!: The App doesn’t work. The Experian Boost doesn’t work. You can’t attach any accounts. It’s my only credit score reporting under 740 and it’s dragging down my FICO score and their tools to fix it DO NOT WORK! AWFUL APP!
