How does an app with a name as a play on words to un-enroll yourself from something no longer have that as an option? Please put the unsubscribe button back.

When I try another way and put in my password, it wants me to set up two step authorization but I can’t because I don’t have a working phone number right now. I need to clear these emails so I can actually use my email account while my phone is out of service. I’ll just have to do it manually smh

28. [R25] 3/5 · US Good but Cumbersome: You now have to hit “block” several times to get rid of an item in your inbox. Sometimes, it takes 3 times to actually block the email address. I think this started with the app upgrade a few months ago. Please fix this.

The app is good, but you have to wait and delete each address. You used to be able to click multiple accounts at a time and unroll them quickly. It’s not the biggest hassle but it could be more user friendly.
31. [R75] 2/5 · US Great at first: This app definitely cleaned up some junk mail but now when it sends the daily digest of roll ups, I can’t open the emails if I want to look at them. When I go to the app, nothing is there either. I have to delete the app and re download to see my account.

After installing, and giving it license to look at my emails, which is opening up my personal life to an unknown entity, the app ran a scam. It came back with “no subscriptions” to delete. Now, I’ve given up more privacy and gotten no value from it. This thing is a POS. CLEANFOX did work as advertised.

The privacy statement specifically says they can sell your data. At least it’s not hard to access any of this information, but this needs to be on the front part of the app before you sign up.
