- [R9] Columbia Mobile Banking It’s ok but they could definitely improve it.: Lacks some of the functionality of other bank apps. Many Columbia Bank accounts don’t allow Zelle search functions for transactions is very limited.
- [R10] Columbia Mobile Banking Bill pay: Have set up an amount and had to edit and it does not work
- [R22] Columbia Mobile Banking Jean: There should be a simple way to update the pay out amount for each monthly payment as increases occur often enough to make it a real headache. There needs to be a button for “update” pay amount.
- [R29] Columbia Mobile Banking Simple and complete: Everything you need to do at the bank can be done here. Uncluttered and easy to use.
- [R1] Columbia Mobile Banking Don’t like: Just quit changing things around. I CANNOT FIND WHAT I NEED AND HAVE TO SPEND TOO MYCH TIME HUNTING FOR SIMPLE THINGS.
- [R4] Columbia Mobile Banking Clunky: Took time to figure it out. Kinda clunky. Looks 90s.
- [R11] Columbia Mobile Banking Great Banking Experience: Columbia Mobile Banking is very user friendly and a bank that we are very satisfied with.
- [R19] Columbia Mobile Banking Simple, Clean: The app is simple for everyday and has a clean interface
- [R3] Columbia Mobile Banking App issues: There is always some sort of work they are doing on their mobile banking app, it is hard to log in sometimes, other days it asks for a banking security pin ( I don’t have one) people at the bank are great though!
- [R6] Columbia Mobile Banking Rating: I liked Columbia's banking better, this Umpqua app took me a week to be able to log in and I had to go to a branch and have them help me get logged in. But it has gotten better but still problems with the ATMs
- [R7] Columbia Mobile Banking locked out: randomly locked me out when trying to log in on my phone that had the login saved and is a trusted device. asking for "secure access code" but not sending me anything call/text/email. customer service is unreachable. response: it is a known issue that has not been fixed
- [R12] Columbia Mobile Banking Inconsistent as all get out: This app is always so inconsistent I either have no problems or all of the problems possible and trying to call the support and having them “not in office” like dude what kind of bs is that if you have an emergency and for unknown reasons can’t get into your bank you’re just S.O.L I can’t stress enough how insanely irritating it is for the need to check my account and
- [R8] Columbia Mobile Banking Love the App: Used to have to go to browser this is soooo much easier!
- [R13] Columbia Mobile Banking Wish I would have gotten it a long time ago!!: Such a great use of technology… I feel like it’s very secure, and super convenient to see all your banking/credit card At your fingertips… Love this app and I wish I would have gotten it a long time ago!
- [R15] Columbia Mobile Banking Great App for Banking: I hardly ever go to my bank anymore.
- [R108] NWFCU Mobile Banking Mobile banking NWFCU: I appreciate the ability to bank online especially because where I live, there are no brick & mortar NWFCU buildings. Thank you.
- [R23] Columbia Mobile Banking Great Service: Knowledgeable and friendly Employees Columbia Bank downtown San Diego office.
- [R32] Columbia Mobile Banking Horrible: Horrible app and bank. They are ancient. Nothing works. Asked my bankers to update my zelle info twice. Nothing. Always running into a problem.
- [R64] NWFCU Mobile Banking Only work sometimes: It rarely works and when it does or somtimes I just get stuck at log. Or it makes me accept the terms and conditions 1000 times but never lets me into my. Account. I have set up my passcode for login about 8 times it just keeps forgetting. Honest just get a whole new bank.
- [R78] NWFCU Mobile Banking Has potential: The app keeps locking me out if I don’t log in for more than a few days, which causes me to have to call customer service EVERY time. The previous version never did this. They made it possible to look at your account balance without logging in, but require you to log in to stay unlocked. What? Why even give that option?
- [R81] NWFCU Mobile Banking Poor: Utterly tired of this app’s bugginess. They can’t get it right. I have to reset periodically because the facial login option disappears and defaults to manual login. Pretty unacceptable…some bank apps have worked perfectly for years instead of this poor effort.
- [R91] NWFCU Mobile Banking Can’t send verification code to log in: Stupid app won’t let me send a verification code to my email to let me log in. Unacceptable. Fire the developers
- [R34] Columbia Mobile Banking Your app is very confusing.: Your bill pay is horrible. Sometimes it tells you that you can’t make a payment at a certain date. I can’t use it on my home computer to pay the bills. It won’t open up because it states there’s an error in the software. You should model it after Premier Bank. Simple to use accurate and easier to enter the amount of the bill that needs to be paid.
- [R69] NWFCU Mobile Banking App partially broken now: App is great for paying bills. Unfortunately the last update broke the ability to set the date for withdrawal. The calendar is moved off the screen and unable to be used.
