It doesn’t open links properly, the algorithm makes no sense and seems to default to throwing content at you after you look at it once while ignoring stuff you check every day, and now it requires you make an account while I really only go on to read posts and don’t interact. Shame they seem to be killing their mobile site to promote this.

They banned me for a honest mistake in commenting in one of the groups I follow religiously and have a genuine passion for. I appealed and made my case that the comment was accidental and a misunderstanding, and they were not hearing. Will be switching all my usage to a different app.

It is free so I wonder if we payed for the subscription if it would work better. I can’t justify the price when I only talk to one person though. You get delays in a message playing when you have good service and they have good service. You get freezing of Marco Polo messages and I’m sure I’m forgetting some. It is hardly worth the effort to use it now.

Edit: They replied saying I should reach out to the support team, I already did 6 days ago with no response.

I had an issue with the audio: streaming to Bluetooth-connected devices was not working. I reached out to the developers via customer service and received an email with instructions that led me to the solution.
