Customer service gave me the runaround and refused to acknowledge the bug. If the mechanics are this unreliable and support is this dismissive, it’s not worth the headspace. Deleting this game.

Once I powered off my iPad and powered it back on the game loaded. I did have to do that a couple times everytime I opened the app. Support was nice.
