- [R2] Travis CU Mobile Add direct deposit form: It would be nice if Travis offered the option to download direct deposit authorization forms direct from the app like other credit unions and banks do. Just a thought for future update. Thanks!
- [R9] Travis CU Mobile App redesign is OK - Missing Zelle: Had login issues saving passwords or using Face ID with previous version, improved with update. Zelle does not work. It’s not even visible from within the app, even though the website says it should be there. Using zelle app routes you back to the TCU app with no resolution. Almost there!
- [R13] Travis CU Mobile Bill Pay Memo Section: I’m disappointed that the memo section/text box in Bill Pay has been removed. Why did you remove it? Will you please add this feature back to Bill Pay? Thanks! UPDATE 11-12-24: The memo feature has always worked when logging in via the website, however, it’s still unavailable on the TFCU App. I’ve used bill pay a few times since your response to no avail.
- [R15] Travis CU Mobile Could be better: Would be more convenient if we could make our loan payments with debit card or electronic transfer instead of having to buy checks just make a payment to you. Nobody uses checks anymore. You should get with the times.
- [R3] Travis CU Mobile Convenient but freezes too much: The app while convenient is slow. I often have to close and reopen it just to be able to do anything or look at my money. Other banking apps are not this slow and glitchy.
- [R7] Travis CU Mobile Log in trouble: I am no longer able to log in by my computer only by phone. It is extremely frustrating.
- [R10] Travis CU Mobile New update: What the heck happened? It all of a sudden looks like a complete jumbled mess, and it won’t let me properly log out, which means that when I try to open it again, it may not let me since all I did was close the app instead of logging out. It literally worked fine, what was this update supposed to do?
- [R4] Travis CU Mobile This has got to be the worst app for a credit union ever: The app/company is poorly designed with uneasy access to information and its extremely difficult to contact customer service. Multiple times it has happened where a payment was made and a confirmation number was received only to find out that it did not actually go through and I was never notified. Resulting in it appearing as a late paymen
- [R16] Travis CU Mobile Deposit feature broken: Every time I try to do a mobile deposit my screen goes black. My camera works perfectly fine. I have to kill the app after that and try again. Same thing. This isn’t the first time I tried to deposit through app.
- [R19] Travis CU Mobile Failed Transfers: I have done numerous instant transfers from my savings to credit card and they have not posted. However the money was promptly removed from my savings account. The app is going down hill.
- [R28] Travis CU Mobile Charges to post credit card payments: I have credit cards with Discover, USAA, Chase, Umpqua, and TCU. Travis credit union is the only bank that charges me a fee ($10) to make a payment on my credit card every month from my external primary bank with Umpqua. Every other credit card company let’s me post payment from my Umpqua account without fees or issue. The only reason I haven’t closed my TCU i
- [R58] Travis CU Mobile Frustrating: It makes it so difficult just to pay your loan. And if you call to pay they charge you $10 more. Have to write a whole check and upload it just to make a payment, would be easier to just let you pay by card or by entering your checking account info.
- [R14] Travis CU Mobile Team: Great customer service!
- [R17] Travis CU Mobile Banking with Travis Credit Union: To whom it may concern, I been with Travis Credit Union for over 15 years. This bank is hands down is the BEST in customer satisfaction. They always provide a warm sincere welcome every time I walk into the bank at the Vallejo branch with a smile. Even on the phone, the customer service is excellent. It’s a great feeling to be part of a bank which has employees w
- [R20] Travis CU Mobile Loyal customer: I’ve been with Travis credit union for many years now and have always had good experiences. Even when something has gone wrong or needed attention, they were understanding and quick to a solution. Even now that I’m out of state, I still keep my account active because they’re that good.
- [R24] Travis CU Mobile Redesign ruined the app: I’ve been using this app for years with no problems until the recent update. The new auto capture feature for the deposit never works properly. The old version had a manual capture that worked just fine every time but now I have to wait for the auto capture to fail multiple like it always does before it will allow me to do it manually. It makes the whole process take way l
- [R34] Travis CU Mobile Used to be great.: This app used to be great and I never had a problem with them before now, this new update made the mobile deposit much worse to the point it’s unusable, first it automatically try’s to take the picture for you and doesn’t read the check correctly, after I took it manually a second time it still said it couldn’t read it and asked me to do it again. The third time it finally worke
- [R48] Travis CU Mobile The CU is ok, app LACKS: On top of not having an updated debit card with a tap reader, the app also lacks. There are no widgets, no banner alerts when I spend money. No way to decline a purchase, they charge it and charge you an overdraft fee like a traditional bank. My other banks decline it and text me to get my things together lol It finally has mobile deposit, but it glitches just as much as
- [R52] Travis CU Mobile App Does not save login: No matter how many times I ask it to save the login it does not so each month I have to try to figure out the login 😤 old school company and tech that doesn’t work - wish I had gotten my car loan from a different bank!
- [R54] Travis CU Mobile Total Crud: There are two components to activate the ap. The first is the ID and the second is the password. I store them in an ap, “KeePass Touch” which holds IDs and generates very secure passwords and stores them. You have to be able to put both of them into the Travis CU before it will work. Here is what REALLY happens: 1. Copy ID from KeePass. 2. Go to Travis CU and paste the is into the Trav
- [R68] Commonwealth CU Go Mobile Supremely Useful: App is intuitive and I have easily moved money between my accounts, or via Zelle. Commonwealth Credit Union Customer Service is also extremely friendly.
- [R94] Commonwealth CU Go Mobile A breeze: The app is so easy to use! All my accounts in one app even my other credit union account. All the features are easy to use. Bill pay, transfers, budgets! Great features!
