I had to REPEATEDLY call to get my card unlocked after it being locked for a WEEK (I didn’t even lock it they just didn’t want me to spend money ig… aswell was on vacation so I just had to look broke) I finally had to go in to get it unlocked. Broadview has created a worse working app with terrible customer service, the app constantly logs me out and the loading times r dreadful for any transaction. I would recommend to not use this bank to save yourself the annoyance.
