All of a sudden the screen changed to a “Your program will return soon.” There’s absolutely no tech support available to figure out why I’m getting this message. I’m thinking about switching to a different streaming device. 🤬

My remote broke so I downloaded this so I could still watch tv, turns out to use the remote you need to subscribe. The free trial is 3 days…. Again horrible. Why would I pay almost $25 per month just to use my remote when I already pay for the tv/streaming services?! This app sucks.
