- [R1] MCECU Mobile MCCU: I like Memphis city credit union but it’s very outdated. Even the app looks old. Everything needs an update especially going into 2k24! Like can we get customized debit cards/atm cards? Just something
- [R6] MCECU Mobile Pretty good BUT...: could be better, if HOLDS were able to be seen on APP. I don't understand why they aren't! Add the HOLDS!
- [R11] MCECU Mobile Old and horrible.: Horrible. Updates are almost nonexistent. And don’t try now to do mobile deposit on an XS iPhone. Fails to allow camera access. Horrible.
- [R19] MCECU Mobile Outdated: This app is in serious need of an update. It has no bill pay nor mobile check deposit. Due to the branches closing at 4pm majority of the week, you (credit union) should make mobile banking a top priority. I'd like to see banking transfers from member to member as well. The whole app needs to have a facelift in general as well.
- [R23] MCECU Mobile MCECU: Amazing service, the app is very easy to navigate through and is very convenient
- [R26] MCECU Mobile The app: The upgrade are easy to use
- [R7] MCECU Mobile New app: The old app was much better.
- [R9] MCECU Mobile Too Busy: The new update is too busy, just a lot going on. It could be way more simpler. FINALLY the mobile check deposit works (didn’t work for years and no one could help) and now they charge a fee for over 6 transfer in a month.
- [R12] MCECU Mobile Great Service: I’ve been a member for over 25 years and I have no complaints.
- [R10] MCECU Mobile The Best: I have been a member of other credit unions and MCECU is by far the best😘
- [R16] MCECU Mobile The best!: Best decision I made was switching my banking to you!
- [R18] MCECU Mobile HJG: The best CU hands down!
- [R8] MCECU Mobile Awesome: Always Awesome and helpful
- [R20] MCECU Mobile Awesome 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾: The customer service @ COMCU are simply amazing 💕💕💕
- [R22] MCECU Mobile Credit union: The credit union has always taken care of my family when I need them thank you for that
- [R25] MCECU Mobile The City of Memphis Employee Credit Union Personal: The people who work at the City of Memphis Employee Credit Union on Whitten Road are the absolute best. Their customer service is outstanding. They are very helpful and will always take a few extra minutes to answer any question from the customers. I really like the personnel there.
- [R13] MCECU Mobile Security: Don't like how the app saves my log in id. Convenient yes, but I'd prefer my BANK to be more secure. Haven't tried mobile deposit yet. If it doesn't work like some claim then it will be deleted. Might get deleted anyway because of security..... I have mobile deposit with another bank and its wonderful and they don't save any log in information....might change banks completely...
- [R74] BCU Mobile Banking Make Zelle and the app more reliable: I only get the spinning wheel and it never loads. 2 days straight it will not open on my iPhone 15 or my one year old iPad. Fix it! I like banking with you guys for the most part. But when I need/want to send somebody money via Zelle, I need this app to work.
- [R81] BCU Mobile Banking No Zelle?: I just opened my account last Monday, so it’s been about 9 days. Every time I try to set up Zelle it says “page not found” and there’s no button for it on the app. Does this bank still offer Zelle?
- [R90] BCU Mobile Banking Please make it easier to use Zelle in the app: Zelle is not very well integrated into the app and it makes it difficult to Zelle new people even if they are already enrolled with Zelle. I never had issues with this while banking with Chase.
- [R97] BCU Mobile Banking Freezing: Have no access to Zelle
- [R72] BCU Mobile Banking Battery hog: Constantly running in the background, and I even turned off background app refresh and it still ran for more than 19 hours in the background and drained 7% of my phone’s battery. Started doing this since iOS 26 so I had to delete. Hopefully they figured the problem.
- [R76] BCU Mobile Banking BCU constantly pinging location: Anytime you open the Bcu app it remains in the background pinging the devices location. This happens with all my devices and friends devices as well. You can notice this because you will see the GPS icon in the iPhone island and it opens the Bcu app when you click it.
- [R102] BCU Mobile Banking App suddenly asking for always on location: I usually like the app but suddenly telling me to allow the app to always use location is just stupid. There is no legitimate need for that and it will use up battery. Please remove this reminder.
