1. [R3] iCollect Books 3/5 · US Nice app: This is a nice app but I wish it would have an unlimited option or let the purchaser know the number limits ahead of time. As a teacher I have many books and even after purchasing the supposed unlimited option was only able to put in 50 books and now asking for more money. Makes this teacher not very happy.

Though the service in general is helpful, I cannot at all recommend the subscription because the developers are obviously not trustworthy.

11. [R64] CamScanner 1/5 · US Sketchy Upgrade Stealing Information: There’s been a new upgrade and all the files that I’ve had scanned in the past which were important documents suddenly have disappeared. I’m super frustrated and will escalate this case because this is completely unethical.

In addition, I have yet to figure out how to print my booklist. The Q & A is not not helpful and customer service is unresponsive.

It also counts books by multiple authors twice when I sort by author. I paid $10 for the original app not this. The main pictures make it seem like they think people sort books by the title which most people don’t since it would separate series
