- [R8] GasBuddy Ethanol Free gasoline type needed: Great app for fuel prices but there is a needed additional type of fuel that should be listed if available at stations. Ethanol free or also known as Recreational fuel should be added to benefit consumers who look for this ethanol free pure gasoline that is needed for small engines, marine engines and older engines that need to be protected from the corrosive ef
- [R11] GasBuddy Prices/grades: The prices aren’t always accurate, and “ethanol free gas” is not an option.
- [R68] Southwest Gas Reliable service: I’ve been a Southwest Gas customer for almost 30 years in every home I have lived in Nevada. Never a problem, quick response and prompt notification of any maintenance or service interruptions.
- [R65] Southwest Gas Best utility app: It is so easy to use this app. It only takes a minute to look up my Bill see my usage and pay my bill Once you’ve loaded your payment option and it saved, it’s less than a minute to make your monthly payment that I think that’s awesome
- [R25] GasBuddy Ads: App is full of ads and very cluttered. I downloaded it today to see if I could compare gas prices across various cities and while it showed accurate info for the 3 I looked up. There is no way to store the gas stations location to compare again later. The favorites button is just there and doesn’t show a compiled list anywhere. Plus the amount of ads and pages about everything but gas prices.
- [R27] GasBuddy Love/Hate relationship with this app: Love = best app for current gas prices. Hate = never follows Apple’s guidelines for design so it’s had the same ugly icon for years. Searching for gas is a tiny little link on main page, the majority of it is trying to get you to sign up for programs that track your activity in various ways. It’s constantly bugging you to sign up for things. So yeah, I use it.
- [R80] Southwest Gas Best online payment ever!: Why can’t every single business copy what Southwest Gas has done with this app? It is the easiest app to pay your bill. Thank you, Southwest Gas!!
- [R1] GasBuddy NOT ACCURATE: I’ve given this app so many chances but I’m done. The app is NEVER updated. Always shows that there is cheap prices but when you drive there the prices are always way higher.
- [R10] GasBuddy Suck now: App stopped working today. Says no internet. I have internet.
- [R66] Southwest Gas Access to website unreliable: More often than not I encounter problems logging on to my account using the web. The application also sometimes does not allow sign in as well. I don’t know why but someone needs to checkout why these problems persist.
- [R5] GasBuddy 4 Stars: Great app for getting good deals and earning rewards, especially if you become gas buddy+. My only issue is that the surveys to earn more rewards never actually load
- [R61] Southwest Gas Fees: Everybody wants you to pay online nowadays you pay online with this company they charge you an extra two $2.50anything to make money off of people
- [R69] Southwest Gas Fee: App is easy to use but it is also the only utility app that charges a fee when paying the bill. Very unnecessary
- [R81] Southwest Gas Fee: Adding a 2.50 charge is a ripoff.
- [R52] GasBuddy Poor support: good luck getting help when you need it
- [R34] GasBuddy False advertising: Don’t help them out by giving gas prices. They advertise prizes that they don’t honor. I won 3 months of SiriusXM and went to redeem but nothing happened. When I emailed customer service, their response was they don’t recall having such a prize. That’s false advertising. You’re a fool if you work for them for free.
- [R71] Southwest Gas C: I had problems making my payment and had to call representative Cynthia who was absolutely amazing! I am suffering a little dementia She was so patient with me as I am not computer savvy! Thank you again Cynthia! I wish everyone was as patient as you are! Lavinia Roy!
- [R76] Southwest Gas Billing issues: I have spoken several times with your billing department regarding the reoccurring issues with my automatic bill payments and had been reassured twice that it was taken care of and yet I received a notification in the mail regarding this same issue. Your communications are awful and unreliable.
- [R20] GasBuddy The best gas price app: To is the best gas price app, period. It’s simple to read and it’s simple to use. Don’t bother with other gas apps
