They recently update the app and ever since then, it’s been very unreliable. I’ve actually had to go to the bank more because it’s been so unreliable.

I assumed there was a bug and needed to update the app, but there was no update. Restarted my phone, tried again, nothing. Today I needed to look at my statement and tried to open the app and had the same problem, not opening and no update! When is this going to be fixed?
