I played it for about three years though if you ever need game support, you can hang that up you’re likely not gonna get anywhere with that if they even respond back to you. I would recommend something else. There’s a lot better shooter games out there like maybe “left to survive” it’s not a bad shooter game

I even went as far as spending $15 to bypass and equip weapon myself. Note: I had just downloaded game to start playing and this was the experience. Requested help from the software developer, but they didn’t respond. I complained to Apple and received a $3.99 refund. Shortly after that I was blocked from playing the game. I requested answers but never got a reply. I complained to Apple and never heard anything.
