The only thing I dislike is the glitch i’m having with the “reward gallery”. I cant see any of the art and it’s disappointing because I have 4 unclaimed rewards at the moment. Other than that I love this app.

I sent a message to the customer support just to get an message back from Tom telling me to delete the free app if I was so unhappy. Talk about a letdown I’ve been on the app for a couple years
11. [R25] Sketch a Day 1/5 · US Can’t see challenges bc it freezes: I can’t use the app or participate because it’s always frozen! It won’t scroll on the challenges tab. There’s never any problem with the Store tab. I tried deleting it and adding it back but it just won’t ever work.

There’s an active community and I enjoy posting my dumb 2 minute sketches I barely have time for, along with my hour long sketches I could actually sit down and do. It keeps me drawing a little something each day.

However, customer service is non-existent. I sent a couple of messages through the app regarding an issue I’m having trying to upgrade, and I never received a response. It’s disappointing
