- [R10] Zip Number 1: This is by far the best “buy now, pay later” app. Never hassled me about lack of credit and so easy to use. Can use everywhere on anything.
- [R22] Zip Excellent: I enjoy the service and flexibility of payments.
- [R68] Affirm Comes in Handy: I enjoy using the app and like that it lets you choose your payment plan options. One thing that could make the app better is being able to select multiple orders to pay off together.
- [R63] Affirm Purchasing Power: Purchasing power is annoyingly inconsistent. Like if I’m approved for a certain amount, tell me that. If I’m not approved, tell me that. A constantly fluctuating number is not helpful.
- [R43] Zip Perfect!: I've had a great experience using the Zip app. It's easy to navigate, the approval process is quick, and splitting purchases into manageable payments has been very convenient. The app is user-friendly, payments are easy to track, and I appreciate the reminders before each payment is due. Overall, Zip has made budgeting for larger purchases much easier. I would definitely recommend it to
- [R40] Zip Fast, easy, and secure!: The zip app is very easy and straight forward. You know, how much up front and payments are easily drafted. It is very helpful especially for people whom may not get paid in the summer. Have never had a problem. Recommend them to anyone!
- [R66] Affirm APP is not great: The cool thing about this app was that you could enter your passcode and begin shopping. Now you ask for a text verification and then have the audacity to also ask for an email verification as well. It’s too much! Idk why you had to change it.
- [R78] Affirm Can You Please: Not everyone has a cellphone. Please add an email for other ways to verify account. Everything shouldn’t be attached to a damn phone number 🤦🏻♀️
- [R19] Zip Terrible, Glitch filled app, even worse customer service, avoid at all cost: UPDATE: APP IS STILL JUNK Take a look at recent reviews, fraud, bad service, unethical practices, these reviews are everywhere recently. ZIP has become nothing more than an app designed to steal. ZIP may have been good once, but those days are long over, all that’s left is a scam filled hums. Their payment system is
- [R7] Zip OVERPAYMENTS: I used zip religiously for YEARS, now they’re taking 2-3 payments out, I have 4 active orders and they took out 6 payments yesterday(2 of them were charged twice) even customer service agreed when I showed them my bank statement compared to my zip app. Did I get refunded? NOPE. Did they honor the overpayment? ALSO NO. I will never ever use zip again and I will NOT be paying the rest
- [R61] Affirm Non existent customer service: I’ve had a minor technical issue that should be easy to resolve yet their service is a maze of AI bots and human chat agents that close the conversation before it’s ever started
- [R70] Affirm Not customer friendly: I have been using this company for years and in the beginning they were good I didn’t have any problems. In the last year or so things have changed. I don’t get approved for anything anymore, even though I always pay everything off in a quick manner. When I ask, what’s going on they tell me pretty much a automated answer, even if I’m talking to a human anything is going on.
- [R49] Zip The Best App ever!: If you’re looking for a great buy now pay later app, Zip is the best! If you’re short on funds and need to pay a bill; don’t worry, download this app!
- [R91] Affirm Love it!!: I absolutely love Affirm!! It is so convenient for me. I try to pay each one up early to save a few dollars and it works wonderfully well for me. Try it!! You will love it too!! Thanks Affirm!!
- [R92] Affirm Keep away- They will harm you: Affirm is the worst company I’ve ever interacted with. They charge exorbitant fees for the price of their absolutely horrendous “support” that not only fail to resolve every issue brought their way, but actually manage to make things worse. This company should and will be at some point shut down simply by the vote of its customers leaving. It deserves much worse.
- [R94] Affirm Unreliable info: Completely at a loss with this app. I make all my payments on time just to be denied due to “repayment history” . It says im approved for a dollar amount that is constantly switching at random despite me making my payment on time, then doesnt even honor it the dollar amount im supposedly approved for with little to no plausibility. Makes absolutely no sense
- [R9] Zip Worst app ever: I had been using zip for years paid every payment on time I one day logged into my account and it says my account is suspended when I look at my history Every time I called customer service multiple times about this situation they give me the run stop every time my issue is never resolved
- [R15] Zip Internal team: Why is the internal team the only one to fix your issue, I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the past couple of days… no response I got my zip back I can’t even use it. Can somebody please fix this issue
- [R100] Affirm Terrible Customer Service: I strongly discourage anyone from using this app. I spent over a month trying to resolve a dispute and obtain a refund, speaking with approximately 10 different customer service representatives, yet no one was able to provide a resolution. On multiple occasions, representatives ended the chat without addressing my issue. I also spoke with two different phone representati
- [R85] Affirm Customer: I am extremely dissatisfied with Affirm's customer service. I had to repeat my issue many times and received inconsistent and incorrect information from multiple representatives. There was no way to identify or track the representatives I spoke with, resulting in a lack of accountability. After nearly 50 calls over more than two months, my issue was still not properly resolved despite ca
