They kept telling me to do stuff I told them I couldn’t do. Besides that, amazing app. Needs new customer service.

And if you contact support they say there is nothing hey can do. How about give me my money back?

They finally added it, except either form of navigation now only works about half the time. It was buttery smooth before this update. I wish I could just read on my iPad on the web, but there’s just a constant banner telling me to use the broken app.

Its competition, such as ComiXology, has this in spades. It’s super annoying and absolutely ridiculous to still have this issue in 2026, especially when this app is sure to have plenty of readers via iPad OS. Pathetic.

Even with the “fit to landscape” toggled on, it will put itself into a portrait window. The fix is to turn off windows in iPadOS when using the app which seems silly

But I decided I don’t like this app during the FREE trial, then a week or two later I open my app store and I can’t download anything because of a pending fee for something I shouldn’t have to pay. Good app, money hungry devs.
