What you see in ads is fun, until you’re completely blocked from playing because you have to complete these insane tasks. Just let us play the game. Oh and you need WiFi/service. It’s an A for effort, but a big pass for me sadly.

In addition, have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and have just been locked out with no explanation as to why. Customer support closes tickets without resolving or just plain ignores them. I cannot do the simple things necessary to participate in the game at this point.
