- [R2] Ada La mejor aplicación: Excelente para tener una idea de lo que le puede estar pasando a uno
- [R8] Ada Great app: Has always genuinely helped me identify what’s going on with me so that I can share with my doctor. It’s a wonderful way to keep track of what’s going on and have reference for past occurrences. I definitely praise the creator(s). Used it for years and will undoubtedly continue to.
- [R11] Ada Game changer for worrier: I love this app for its ability to help me know how much to worry about symptoms and those around me. The statistics are really meaningful as it says how likely things are instead of a online search saying something without context. I know it’s not perfect but it has helped significantly in my understanding of my symptoms and health.
- [R17] Ada Helpful!: Always VERY accurate for what I’ve put in, even a deviated septum which I ended up having
- [R1] Ada Idk: I hate writing the paragraph of symptoms. I wish there was an option to look at the list and select your symptoms still. The writing and way it presents is giving gen AI and that really sucks if that’s the case
- [R5] Ada Great tool to have on hand: This is a great app. Love it and refer to it often.
- [R7] Ada Limited: Very limited input. Not specific enough. Symptoms should be prompted not text based. Same with meds.
- [R10] Ada Keyboard doesn’t work on the app: I can’t type in anything.
- [R4] Ada Worthless: Completely worthless!! On the intake portion I put in my condition with symptoms and it could find what my diagnosis is. It gave me 3 random guess. This thing SUCKS!!! Waist of time!!!
- [R6] Ada Ok: This app is fine for basic things, but not for those who have chronic illnesses. I would really like to put in my previous diagnoses and have that reflected in the questions, especially because my illnesses sometimes feel like I'm getting a cold. Also, questions like "one day to one week" should be narrowed down more. Another request I have is the option to turn off all pregnancy related quest
- [R18] Ada Needs more ‘symptoms’ to choose from: I couldn’t put down my perennial sinusitis, atopic keratoconjunctivitis, or vocal tension dysphonia, which are three that it is really important I’m able to track
- [R13] Ada Transgender woman speaking!!!: I am a transgender woman and I have been on hormones for about two years now. I trust this app with my symptoms and I feel like the feedback does give a good general picture about what symptoms can look like. One glaring issue, especially for me, is that there is no option to add gender identity or even have it register that I take hormones and even testosterone bloc
- [R22] Ada This is ridiculous: So before you even buy this you need to know you will basically have to bleed out and poke your fingers 100 times to get enough blood for a sample. Just go to a real clinic and pay for the testing and let a real person take your blood this isn't worth the hassle. They have no customer service for you to reach out to either so if you can't get the blood samples you are just out
- [R28] Ada Who is able to yse this?: I never got past the screen asking for my date of birth because there is nowhere to type it in. Are all these reviewers using Android phones? Not working on my apple IOS.
- [R36] Ada I cannot pass the creation of the profile: Before entering any symptom the app ask you to create a profile that’s fine. They ask you to put your name and your gender but then asked you your DOB but there’s no way to input so I couldn’t do anything. The app is broken.
- [R23] Ada Keeps you informed: I love this app because it helps me decide when I should go to the doctor. I understand it’s no substitute for medical attention, but it definitely helps hypochondriacs like myself make better decisions.
- [R35] Ada Helpful: I really enjoy using this app… I find it very helpful for getting information on basic medical issues, but you have to remember it cannot do a medical diagnosis. It has definitely help me uncover things to discuss at doctor appointments. The app is limited. Ann does not allow you to notate what diseases you are suffering from or ailments you are suffering from because of other diseases…
- [R59] Ada Excelente: Es de gran ayuda, ya que da una idea de que puede ser, pero siempre aclara que se debe consulta a un especialista.
- [R62] athenaPatient Access!: I really like the ArhenaPatient App because I have instant communication with my providers and they usually reply promptly within 24 hrs but usually instantly. My last message I sent my Endocrinologist, she relied in 2 minutes. I love having access to my providers in real-time. This app is a gem for someone like me on dialysis and type I diabetic.
- [R107] athenaPatient Review: It’s wonderful that we can communicate with staff members to better understand our concerns and care possibilities , without having to make an appointment always. Thank you for this service.
- [R111] athenaPatient Easy to communicate: The app is so easy to communicate with anyone at Blackbird Health. I feel confident knowing my message will get to the appropriate department (schedule, medicine)
- [R67] athenaPatient Password failure: This app only allows one time use of password each time I want to open it it requires me to get a new password. Also I can’t add an additional doctor
- [R70] athenaPatient Entirely worthless: It logs me out every time I open it. I downloaded the app to have access when away from my computer but now I have no access.
- [R85] athenaPatient Faulty app: This is the worst app. Every time I want to log into it, it won’t let me even if I change password.
- [R90] athenaPatient Horrible: This app is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Why have an app that I have to log into every single time and it routes you to a website within the app it self… it’s like being in the 90s. Additionally you request a password word reset and it take 10min for the email to show up. Worst app ever.
- [R38] Ada Rare Disease Awareness: Unfortunately I’m not able to use this app, because my medical conditions aren’t even searchable. Vascular Compressions Disorders are often overlooked in the medical industry, because they are so complex and complicated. Most never hear of them until they are diagnosed.
